The menu is comprised of Aegean seafood and farm-to-table ingredients for which the island is renowned. Starters include tuna tartare with cherry tomatoes, capers, and Kalamata olives, while grilled or pan-fried crustaceans and fish range from lobster and prawns to swordfish and seabream.
